《殭屍脫衣舞孃》最大的賣點也許就是這部影片的女主角了－－剛剛退休的成人電影超級巨星詹娜·傑姆遜！作為第一個進入「拉斯維加斯杜莎夫人蠟像館」的成人女星，《殭屍脫衣舞孃》是詹娜·傑姆遜第一部擔當主角的非成人電影。雖然是由前成人電影超級巨星主演，但是不要想太多，詹娜·傑姆遜在影片中算是包得很緊了。導演Jay Lee不知何許人也，居然還拉到了《猛鬼街》系列著名殺人魔弗萊迪的扮演者羅伯特·英格蘭德與她搭戲。這部由Sony影業發行的影片走的是堅挺的B級電影風格，連官方網站都「B」味兒十足。
《殭屍脫衣舞孃》作為一部恐怖喜劇，結合了「zombie（殭屍）」和「stripper（脫衣舞孃）」兩大B級電影元素，劇情講述zombie病毒被釋放在美國內布拉斯加州的一個脫衣舞俱樂部，於是脫衣舞女郎們變成了殭屍脫衣舞女郎，而沒有變成殭屍的舞女們則設法與之對抗的故事。
