剧情介绍
身为一名商场保安，保罗•布拉特（凯文•詹姆斯饰）将毕身精力奉献给他工作的一家新泽西大型购物中心，阻止在商场里发生违法或者不轨的行为，虽然他不能佩枪，虽然商场里发生的“违法或不轨行为”都是些小事，甚至只是恶作剧，但保罗仍然对自己的工作非常认真，即便是他申请当警官的请求被数次拒绝，保罗也没有气馁。
但是今天，一切似乎都有点不一样了。商场突然被一伙儿有组织的持枪匪徒占据，同时他们还挟持了一些人质，而这里面又还有保罗•布拉特暗恋的对象艾米（杰玛•梅斯饰）。是时候保罗真正担负起“商场保安”──抑或“百货战警”的责任了，不但为了自己所爱的人，更为了自己热爱的这座商场──老虎不发威，你还真当我是病猫？！
