受任于土地再开发任务的小混混弼悌，神气十足的自认为是天下第一的邪恶打工崽，此番的任务就是让那些住户离开房子完成拆迁的任务，就是流血流泪也决不手软。可是虽然他下了很大的决心但是到达的第一天就不幸的遇到了“铁女”拳师明兰，一番较量之下发现现实与预想的情形差了十万千里，绊脚石竟是如此强硬。 走路比坐车快，出拳比说话快的明兰，为了照顾身体不好的父亲还年幼的弟弟，怀着成为东洋拳击冠军的梦坚强的生活着，几番较量下来的弼悌别说完成再开发任务就连明兰也搞不定，坐卧不安的弼悌让村子里的人觉得很新奇，更有李顺兄妹俩以无比的单纯使弼悌无从下手，村里的人不但不害怕他会来夺取家园甚至会支使他帮忙干活，一切都乱了套，本来是凶神恶煞现在成了村里的superman…… 最初的目的是为了达成接收村子的任务的弼悌，可是为了东洋冠军目标努力的明兰和各自怀着梦想在一番街生活的村民互相之间奇妙的默契使弼悌陷入了进退两难的境地，而弼悌究竟会不会完成任务呢？
