《熊貓團圓路》是關於一個小男孩幫助小熊貓跟母親團圓的故事，男孩小路在森林中發現一隻和母親走散的小熊貓，小路自己本身也是位孤兒，便動了惻隱之心，決定幫助小熊貓，小路費盡全力保護小熊貓躲避別人的追捕，和小熊貓建立起深厚的情誼。漸漸地小路覺得應該要讓小熊貓跟母親團圓才是最好的結果，所以就決定帶著小熊貓踏上漫長的歸鄉路，一段充滿艱難險阻的冒險旅程就此展開…
小盧(原島大地飾演)是個父母因火災雙亡的孤兒，他封閉在自己的世界裡，直到有一天，一隻小熊貓闖進了他的生活。小熊貓原本和它它的母親及哥哥在野地生存，但因一時貪玩而迷路，並且成為了科學研究人員追捕的目標，小熊貓與母親失散後獨自面對蠻荒大地掙扎生存，直到它遇上了小盧。這對同病相憐的朋友，產生了相知相惜的情感，但小盧也因為這段情感及自己的人生經驗，體會到他能給小熊貓最大的幫助，就是幫助它它找到回家的路，讓它它和母親團圓。
分離的時刻來臨，小盧知道，當他放手讓小熊貓回到母親身邊，也得割捨自己最好的朋友，最後，滿懷愛心和勇氣的小盧做出了他認為最正確的選擇。
