由葵せきな所著、狗神煌插图的轻小说系列「碧阳学园学生会议事录」，是描写碧阳学园的学生会成员在学生会办公室里闲聊的连续短篇小说。目前小说已连载到第4卷「学生会的五彩」，每卷的书名都是“学生会的XX 碧阳学园学生会议事录N(N是卷数)”，各话标题基本上都是“○○的学生会”。作品的特色是“搞笑”，随处渗透着喜剧元素，故事的进行基本上是由会长说的名言开始，然后开始的进行对话，所以小说通篇都是由对话组成的小说，期间也不时穿插一些模仿，整体而言比较类似于四格漫画。
目前由Studio DEEN根据该作改编的TV动画正在锐意制作中，预定今年秋季播映。曾执导过「草莓棉花糖」的佐藤卓哉将出任本作的监督，系列构成则由「偶像大师」「H2O -FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND-」「夜樱四重奏」的花田十辉负责，人设则是「甜蜜偶像」「问答魔法学院」「染红的街道」的堀井久美。CAST方面，男主角杉崎鍵由大家比较熟悉的声优近藤隆出演，而其余女主角均起用了新人声优。
