I got sick of the shitty unreadable scan available, so I waifu2x'd the fuck up and it's gorgeous.
You can probably attain an even better quality if you have patience and computing power.
Pages are 1440x2048 (double of the original) PNGs and are now perfectly readable without straining your eyes. I haven't reconverted them to JPGs, although I probably should have.
