【劇情簡介】：
濱田武史外號“悍馬”是個有名的飆車族，武史的父親住在國外，他獨自一人在日本生活。他不去上學，只熱衷於驚險刺激的摩托車比賽，父親給他的錢都花在買愛車的裝備上。青梅竹馬的美緒對這樣的武史十分生氣，但武史照樣我行我素。這天，武史和勢均力敵的對手真治展開了一場比賽，但一輛白色的摩托車突然闖了進來 —是女警麗華，武史被帶到了警察局接受調查，離開警察局後武史的逍遙日子隨之結束，他住進了父親的好友即美緒的父親開的蕎麥麵店“鏑木屋”，一邊打工還債一邊準備考大學。武史在“鏑木屋”的車庫裡發現了一輛破舊的摩托車—Super Cub，他根據維修手冊修好了這輛摩托車。這天，店裡的老客戶叫了外賣，但因為路途太遠店長只好讓武史騎摩托車外送救急。從此武史成了外送員，他騎著 Super Cub飛馳在大街小巷中，很快成了這個地區的名人，附近比薩店的外送員都不及他快。麗華所在的管區連續發生摩托車竊盜案，調查後發現這事件和真治有關，而武史為了朋友也捲了進來，他必須騎著90CC的Super Cub展開一場競速對決…
