袁劍偉首次執導電影，林嘉欣、張學友相隔十三年後再次合作主演，在師生戀後兩人再次挑戰社會禁忌。
作品揭示社會病態以及人性陰暗面，一個牧師的一吻，如何讓天堂也變得灰暗？就在電影內分解。
沒有事實之全部，只有零碎記憶拼湊出真實的部分。國際慈善機構香港區總幹事的杜牧師（張學友飾），靠其能言善道，成為星級牧師，廣受信徒和下屬歡迎。初入機構當助理的Michelle（林嘉欣飾），也被他魅力所吸引。兩人互相欣賞，但礙於身份關係沒有正式發展。後來杜牧師決定到英國出任亞洲區總幹事，二人單獨到餐廳餞行。隨後更駕車到山頂兜風，在兩情相悅下更熱吻起來，不過這一吻便改變了二人的命運。翌日Michelle到警署落案告杜牧師性騷擾，雙方對簿公堂，杜牧師最終身敗名裂，選擇遠離宗教，遁入俗世；Michelle則更沉迷宗教，並找到終生伴侶。五年後兩人在一場合重遇，以為告一段落的事情，卻在你一言我一語間，發現大家仍未放下，事情在大家零碎的記憶下'重審'，卻得到一個法庭也未能給予的答案。
