根據上月司所著的輕小說「Ladies versus Butlers!(管家後宮學園)」改編的TV動畫將從2010年1月起播放。
原作從2006年9月開始連載，至今已經出版了九卷單行本，去年4月開始在「電擊萌王」上連載漫畫版，今年9月末還推出Drama CD。
動畫版將由出品過「蒼穹之巨神」「我的狐仙女友」「潘朵拉之心」等作的XEBEC負責動畫製作，曾執導「我的狐仙女友」的大槻敦史將出任本作監督，系列構成由曾負責「乃木坂春香的秘密」的玉井☆豪負責，人設則是「我的狐仙女友」的高見明男。動畫版聲優將沿用Drama版的豪華陣容。
【STORY】
故事的主角日野秋晴，在小學時因父母雙亡而被叔父家收養，他決心要進入某天在電視上看見的原本是超名門女子學校的白麗陵高中就讀。
但是在通過考試入學後，因為他的長相和打扮看起來像是不良少年(眼神兇惡、左眉有傷痕、倒豎的茶色頭髮、耳朵上有三連穿孔耳環)，所以讓學生們感到害怕。
在學校裏，他遇見了青梅竹馬的腹黑女彩京朋美，也邂逅了各式各樣的人，以秋晴為中心的歡鬧的學校生活就此展開！
