一家背景神秘的國際大企業招聘人材，8位晉身最後面試的精英，獲安排在密閉的房間進行終極比拚，房內有8張桌椅，桌上各有一份試卷及一支鉛筆，面前是一度裝上單向鏡的牆壁，房間四處有閉路電視監控，唯一的房門由佩槍警衛把守。應徵者須在限時80分鐘內回答一條問題，監考官講解面試規則後，隨即啟動倒數計時器，離開房間。8名求職者翻開試卷，發現竟是白紙一張！結束時間愈來愈近，要爭取獲聘，就要用盡一切方法……
