（我们的宗旨是以质量为主，速度为辅，让广大的漫迷们看到心仪的动画）
1；翻译:正式主翻要求有经验，日语等级不限，能独立完成一部片的翻译工作
无经验者，但能够独立听完一部片，对自己有信心者
2；时间:正式时间轴要求有经验，最好能有点日语基础，会ASS特效最佳
3；后期: 要求有经验，会压制RMVB，如果会压制MKV/MP4就再好不过了，会调整时间，能自行发布做种，能处理ISO最佳
4：特效：能熟练使用ASS特效 会AE者更佳
5:宣传 水管 ：做种和在各种论坛,资源网站上发布
以上人员都希望可以长期任职 开学后也不会耽误工作时间。（有兴趣者可以来报名，我们会安排教学）
