M1｢君に届け...｣は、原作コミックが映画化され大ヒット中の”TVアニメ｢君に届け 2ND SEASON｣主题歌エンディングテーマ”。
原作は2005年より集英社「别册マーガレット」にて连载中のコミックスで、コミック単行本も累计1400万部を突破（2010年10月现在・12巻発行）している大ヒット作品。2009年10月には日本テレビ系（一部地域除く）でTVアニメを放送。爽子の纯真な心や大切な人たちとの出会いを丁宁に描き、日本中で「君に届け」旋风が巻き起った。そして2010年9月末には、実写映画「君に届け」が全国ロードショーされ大ヒットを记录。同年10月からは、TVアニメ「君に届け」（1期）が日本テレビにて再放送中（毎周火曜日深夜24:59~时间は変更になる场合があり）。
2期となる今作品「君に届け 2ND SEASON」は、日本テレビ系（一部地域除く）にて2011年1月4日より放送。
