《愛麗絲學園》（日語：学園アリス）是日本少女漫畫家樋口橘所創作的漫畫，以及依此改編的電視動畫共26集與遊戲。
原作從2002年19號開始在白泉社的《花與夢》（花とゆめ）雜誌連載。截至2010年12月為止，單行本出到第22冊。動畫版於2004年10月30日至2005年5月14日在NHK衞星第2頻道《衞星動畫劇場》播放，共26集。
故事簡介
東京的愛麗絲學園（國立愛麗絲研究機關學園本部）是一所特別的學校，只招收具有特殊能力「愛麗絲」的人，一旦入學就要等到畢業才可以離開學校。佐倉蜜柑與 今井螢本來住在鄉村地方，兩人是同學也是好朋友。某天螢突然轉學至東京的愛麗絲學園。而想念螢的蜜柑，離家出走到了東京，終於找到螢的新學校。然而蜜柑卻 被發現也有愛麗絲，並通過了入學考試並確認自己擁有無效化愛麗絲，正式成為該校學生，在那裡開始新的校園生活。
愛麗絲學園設有初等部（三歲至八歲在A班，九歲至十二歲在B班）、中等部及高等部（高中和大學兩年），校園佔地極之廣闊，範圍大部份是森林，除了校舍和宿 舍外，校園中心有商店市鎮。為了防止學生逃出學校，校方以電網包圍整個校園，觸碰到電網的人會受到電擊且即時被發現。若學生取得優等生獎，可以獲准回家一 星期。
這所特別學校有一些不為人知的黑暗面，有些學生感覺被學校利用，於是反對這所學校，成立及加入了一個神秘組織「Zero」（簡稱「Z」）與愛麗絲學園對抗。
