TVドラマ『偽装不倫』主題歌となっている最新作「us」がオリコンデジタルランキング初登場1位を記録するなど、今年3月のデビュー以来、破竹の勢いで活躍中の女性シンガーソングライターmilet（ミレイ）。間髪入れずに4th EPをリリース！
表題曲「Drown」はNHK総合にて放送中のTVアニメ『ヴィンランド・サガ』の2期エンディングテーマに決定。前作「us」とは打って変わってオルタナティブなサウンド感の「Drown」に対し、M2「You & I」では「us」を流れを汲むような軽快なエレクロサウンドの新曲となっている。
今作でもmiletの幅広い表現力を見せつけてくれる全4曲を収録。
