The Sky Crawlers OST and extras (READ DESCRIPTION)

I watched Sky Crawlers recently and unfortunately did not find much besides the actual film. I managed to find a 320kbs rip of the OST at the usual place you find that which is hard to find. It was a bit bare, so I got the album art, the CD booklet scans, a few miscellaneous promotional images and high quality images from the Full Spectrum art book which are ironically nearly the size of the actual album.
IMPORTANT: If anyone is aware of any scans of the "The Sky Crawlers Establishment Book" (or any other ones) and has or knows if they exist, leaving a link or uploading them would be appreciated,I couldn't find any anywhere and it looks potentially interesting.
