該片根據日本人氣小說家姬野薰子在1997年發表的同名小說改編，原作當年曾入選過直木獎候補名單。該片導演由曾執導過以“女人戀愛與性”為主題的電影《色情》系列第一部《惑星碎片》的新銳導演吉田良子掌鏡。通過陰部長出恐怖人臉的清純玉女的姿態，詮釋出性與愛的本質。除了巖佐真悠子以外，淵上泰史、伊藤久美子、古官寬治等實力派影星聯袂出演。
在片中將挑戰全裸的真悠子，裸露上體出現在海報上，雙手交叉放在胸前，嘴脣微張裸露性感，而在她後邊出現的另一個自己則是手拿鏡子窺視私處的沖擊畫面。
