【劇情簡介】：
位於精華地段的老大樓即將進行都市更新，卻有數間釘子戶不願搬離而發生莫名意外。一對不知情的情侶，跑到大樓裡嬉戲，意外撞見兇嫌謀殺釘子戶，兇嫌為了滅口，手持巨斧向兩人步步逼近…深夜，有些地方，好心提醒，千萬別去! 延伸閱讀: 隨著時代更迭，城市風貌隨之改變，都市更新政策也應運而生；有些住戶配合建商拿錢搬家，卻有些堅持不走，被稱之為「釘子戶」，在全球都有著這樣的例子；日本成田機場釘子戶，讓成田機場取消夜間降落、美國西雅圖有天外奇蹟釘子戶，留下一段共生美談，當然也有像台灣苗栗大埔強制拆遷的悲劇…。 導演雷弗，取材自家附近都更案件的新聞: 該老屋不搬遷的居民皆莫名消失或死亡，種種疑點指向建設公司唆使，但完全找不到證據，引起當地居民譁然。導演以此為開端，加入驚悚元素，希望在觀賞後民眾也能對此議題產生共鳴。 ※取材真實社會慘案，繼【蒐屍魔】後，密室空間殺人魔再度來襲。 ※影評讚譽2015最刺激驚悚片之一；膽顫心驚直到最後一刻!
