七个来自城市的年轻人，都是户外摩托车爱好者，他们相约穿越人迹罕至号称“鸟都飞不过去”的古尔古特大戈壁。
而他们未曾想到的是，这片看似平静的戈壁中隐藏着巨大的危机。
因为一个指路牌，七个人在戈壁里的一个岔路口走散了。佳一（谢宜 饰）、小北京（那临 饰）、眼镜（杨海超 饰）三个人寻找同伴时，却意外遭遇了戈壁里的另一群人——盗矿者。与这三个人的不期而遇让盗矿者感受到了威胁，一场追杀在苍茫的戈壁滩展开……
而其余的四个人，天山（邵兵 饰）、强子（彭波 饰）、优子（李明 饰）和买买提（伊利亚尔·阿不力米提 饰）全然不知已经发生的事，他们在戈壁中漫无目的的寻找着失散的同伴。直到遭遇了一个持枪人的袭击，才让这几名年轻人意识到这片戈壁无人区里原来还有别人。
没有手机信号、同行伙伴失散、接二连三的受到偷袭，让他们意识到只能靠自己拯救自己。
然而，更大的问题是，他们不仅要面对来自未知的袭击，还要不断面对自己的绝望、痛苦与恐惧。
面对鲜血与杀戮，这些年轻人决定战胜自己的恐惧，绝地反击，一切只为生存而战……
