【劇情簡介】：
美國福斯電視（FOX）宣布，知名動畫電影《冰原歷險記》將在太平洋及東部時間 3 月 20 日晚間播出半小時的復活節特別篇《冰原歷險記：採蛋大盜（暫譯，Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade）》。
在本次的特別篇中，史前鳥媽媽（Taraji P. Henson 配音）忙碌之餘，把破殼在即的寶貝蛋託付給喜德（John Leguizamo 配音）照顧，還向她的鄰居──禿鷲媽媽（Taraji P. Henson 配音）、長頸熊（Cholly Bear，Gabriel Iglesias 配音）、雕齒獸（Gladys Glypto ，Lili Estefan 配音）等分享，於是喜德的「託蛋生意」愈做愈大。
但是「黑心肝海賊團」的賊兔子史怪特（Squint，Seth Green 配音）為了復仇，偷偷地把那些蛋都藏了起來，幸虧在史怪特的雙胞兄弟科林特（Clint，Blake Anderson 配音)協助下，喜德、蠻尼（Ray Romano 配音）、狄亞哥（Denis Leary 配音）一夥人展開了地球有史以來第一趟的尋找「彩蛋」之旅。
《冰原歷險記：採蛋大盜》為 20 世紀福斯動畫（Twentieth Century Fox Animation）與藍天工作室（Blue Sky Studios）聯合製作，執行製片由 Lori Forte、Chris Wedge、Carlos Saldanha 等三人擔任，製片是 John C. Donkin，並將由《曼羅奇遇記》的編劇Ricardo Curtis 出任執導。動畫播出後，數位高畫質版會在 iTunes、Google Play、 Vudu、Amazon Video、Sony Playstation Store、Microsoft Movies & TV 及 MGo 等平台販售。
另外《冰原歷險記 5：笑星撞地球》也預定於今年 7 月 15 日在台上映。
